Is credit repair legal in India?
+
Yes. Your right to an accurate credit report comes from the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (CICRA), which obliges bureaus and lenders to investigate and correct disputed information. What we do is exercise that right properly, at scale, with documentation — and where a lender or bureau fails to resolve a genuine dispute, we escalate through the RBI's Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS).
Can you remove an accurate default from my report?
+
No — and no one legitimate can. Accurate negative history stays; anyone promising to "wipe" it is misleading you. What we correct is everything genuinely wrong, and what we build is a rebuild plan so accurate negatives matter less over time.
How much does credit repair cost?
+
For individuals: ₹9,999 for single-bureau rectification (Essential) or ₹14,999 for all four bureaus (Premium). For businesses: ₹34,999 and ₹59,999 respectively. Complex cases — Hunter list resolution, director report cleanup, settlement negotiations — are priced individually after assessment. All prices exclusive of 18% GST, fixed in writing before you commit, and never revised mid-engagement.
What does "money-back promise" actually mean?
+
If no committed correction is reflected in your report within the committed window of 30–45 working days — and your side of the case file is complete: documents submitted, dues cleared where applicable, process followed through — you can claim a refund under our policy. The full terms, including exclusions, are published openly on our refund policy page. We'd rather you read them before paying than after.
Do I need to buy my credit report before talking to you?
+
No. Share whichever report you already have, or we'll guide you through pulling it from the bureau's portal — individuals are entitled to one free full report from each bureau every year. Company credit reports are paid documents from the bureaus, and we'll help you obtain the right one. Either way, our analysis and review of the report come before any payment to us.
How long does it take?
+
Individual bureau disputes typically resolve in 30–45 working days; a full engagement — analysis through verified corrections and the start of a rebuild — usually runs 3 to 6 months depending on the case. Your timeline is stated in writing at the start, not discovered along the way.
Do you guarantee a specific score?
+
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Scores are computed by the bureaus, not by any agency. What we commit to is the process — every genuine error found, disputed with documentary proof, and verified — plus a refund policy if committed corrections don't land.
