Case studies
Real cases. Written by the people who worked them.
Four documented engagements — and a team still writing.
Documented engagements
Every case: what was wrong, what we did, what changed.
Written by the consultants who handled them. Published with the clients' written consent. Video testimony where the client chose to record one.
Showing 30 of 30 documented cases — no documented case matches all three filters yet; clear one.
Written-off accounts
A lender booked the loan as a loss. These cases show the honest routes out — payment, correction, or both — and what the report said afterwards.
A write-off from seven years ago, over a few hundred rupees: cleared to a blank status, 625 → 700
A small residual left unpaid while abroad became a seven-year write-off with a 900-day history. Disputes, a ₹254 total-loan-value clearance, a DPD review — and the status went blank. Reports and video on the page.
A friend misused his card. A month of work cleared the record — and won him a home loan.
Axis and SBI Card written-off entries after his card was misused — foreclosure details obtained through escalation, dues cleared, four bureaus updated in one month. His onboarding report and video are on the page.
A genuine written-off account, resolved the honest way — in 14 days
14 days · NDC obtained · fully remote
Ready to pay — and no way to pay. Until the right escalation.
SBI Card written-off · PMO escalation · 1 month
Settled accounts
Less than the full amount was accepted and the label stayed. What it took to convert a settlement into a clean closure.
He was told the loan was closed. The report said "Post Write-Off Settled" — and a 764 was rejected for it.
A settled Kotak Prime auto loan, a rejected bureau dispute, then the outstanding cleared and a PMO grievance — the status blanked on the bureaus. The score barely moved, because the score was never the problem. Reports on the page.
Resolved from 8,000 km away: four bureaus corrected, 649 → 706
A genuine overdue escalated, paid and closed remotely for an NRI client — all four bureaus updated in 15 working days, with her before/after report extracts published on the page.
Seven years stuck: ₹7,00,000 settled at ₹20,000
A matter aged past every contact detail, re-established, negotiated and papered — with the honest note on what "settled" means for the report, and the client's five-star review on record.
Accounts that were never yours
Another person's loan or card on your report — a mixed file, a duplicate PAN, an identity error — verified and deleted.
One PAN, two people: a decade of foreign accounts, removed in fifteen days
The Income Tax Department issued his PAN to another man — whose loans rode his report for a decade. Seven foreign entries across four lenders, disputed and removed in 15 days, with his before/after reports on the page.
A good score hid a broken report — 15 accounts that weren't hers
Data mismatch · CIBIL + Experian · clean report
A written-off loan he was sure he never took — the truth was more complicated
Evidence shared · dues cleared · written-off removed · DPDs masked
Wrong status or amount
A status, remark, overdue or DPD history the lender reported wrongly, corrected through disputes and representation.
A Suit Filed flag he had already paid off — removed in eight days: 662 → 710
A housing loan cleared in April 2025 still wearing a litigation flag, and a business loan showing dues after the NOC — both corrected in about eight days, the fastest case in this library. Reports and video on the page.
A 759 score, rejected anyway: the Post Write-off status a bank apologised for
An Axis card he wasn't sure was his, reading "Post Write Off Closed" — verified, acknowledged as an error by the bank, and removed. HSBC unlocked via escalation. The rejected loans got approved, with his reports and video on the page.
Four bureaus, four different scores, one cleanup: 670 → 759
ARCIL overdues, a Clix written-off and duplicate entries — resolved across CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF in parallel. Every bureau moved, with his before/after report extracts on the page.
A "wilful default" that wasn't — and a daughter's education loan unlocked
A repaid loan branded wilful default, a closed account never updated — corrected, then rebuilt past 700. Told on video by father and daughter both.
Trust, twice: a wrongful "wilful default," then a stranger's gold loan
2 engagements · wilful default + gold loan + DOB corrected
Three banks, three errors — one commercial report corrected
SMA mark · not-theirs loan · stale guarantee — all fixed
Settled in 2023 — then sold, and reported "written-off"
RBI + PMO escalation · ₹5,000 compensation · ₹20L loan after
A good score, a stuck loan — and one remark that wasn't true
Dispute failed · PMO won in 7 working days · resolved 3 July 2026
768 → 727 with zero missed payments — restored in seven days
Vanished data verified & restored · 8–14 July 2026
Escalation
Disputes rejected or ignored, then taken past the bureau — to the lender's seniors, a grievance portal, or the RBI — until the record moved.
CRIF rejected his dispute. The right escalation removed the wrong accounts anyway: 510 → 754
Loan accounts that were never his, multiple agencies tried, a bureau dispute rejected — then one correctly-built PMO escalation: wrong accounts removed in about 15 days, the largest CRIF movement in this library. Reports on the page.
The letter the bank asked for, and the escalation that undid it: 640 → 728
On-time payments reported wrong — and a bank citing the client's own letter against every correction. An RBI escalation broke the loop; four bureaus corrected, with his reports and video on the page.
Stuck for a year — even with another agency. Closed in three months.
Incorrect overdue remarks that survived customer care, branch visits and a year with another firm — resolved through structured escalation to senior bank officials.
CIBIL Rank (commercial)
Companies and proprietors whose CMR rank moved once the underlying reporting was fixed or the profile built out.
A company with only closed facilities read CIBIL Rank 8. Two live, well-run facilities later, it read 6 — in a week.
No adverse information, nothing to dispute — an empty record ranking as risk. An action plan built live credit onto the profile and the rank moved from the distress band to the watch zone in one cycle. Reports and video on the page.
Three delinquencies, two banks — one corrected rank
Two Axis Bank accounts wrongly marked delinquent and a cleared HDFC account the bureau never updated. CMR 7 to 5 in 15 days — with the director's video story.
Commercial CIBIL rank 7 → 3 — and the funding that followed
3 lenders resolved · new loans secured · AMC since
CMR 9 → 5, an OD renewed — then a "Settled" flag cleared in 30 days
Two engagements · returning client · on video
They offered to fix the record if the complaint was withdrawn
Two PMO escalations · DPDs corrected · CMR 7 → 3
Score building
Errors removed and genuine dues cleared, so the score could rebuild on a truthful report.
Fifteen mPokket overdues, four CIBIL issues — one clean month
Foreclosures obtained, dues cleared, NOCs secured, and all four bureaus corrected — onboarding to close in exactly one month, with the client's five-star review on record.
Three lenders, four bureaus — one report finally telling the truth
A guarantor account that wasn't his, gold loans wrongly written-off despite NOCs, and an untraceable overdue — corrected in 40–45 days. With the client's video story.
A credit card he never availed — deleted after cross-verification
Dual complaints · SBI confirmed the error · 715 → 783
