“Kenstone Credit” is the brand of Kenstone Credit Solutions LLP (LLPIN: ACE-1800), a credit repair and credit advisory firm with its registered office at Sabari Complex, Field Marshal Cariappa Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025.
We provide credit report analysis, dispute resolution support, and credit advisory services for individuals and businesses, under the framework of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005. We assist in identifying and disputing inaccurate information through lawful channels with credit bureaus and lenders. We do not, and cannot, remove accurate information from any credit report; we never guarantee a specific credit score or CMR rank; and final decisions on report changes rest solely with banks, financial institutions and credit bureaus.
Timely and truthful provision of documents, information and authorizations; cooperation with calls, verifications and escalations; clearing any dues or negotiated settlements where applicable; and refraining from new defaults during the service period. Service commitments and the refund policy depend on these obligations being met.
Fees are fixed in writing after analysis of your report and before any payment, and are exclusive of 18% GST. Fees are not revised mid-engagement. The initial analysis and review of your report are provided before payment.
Refunds are governed exclusively by our published Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenstone Credit Solutions LLP's aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions taken by lenders or bureaus, or for outcomes affected by information you did not disclose.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
