Privacy notice

Your credit report is among the most sensitive documents you own. Here is how we treat it.

Kenstone Credit Solutions LLP · Last updated: July 2026

Credit repair is built on trust. This notice explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

What we collect

To analyze and dispute credit report entries we may collect: your contact details; identity and KYC documents; your credit reports and the account details within them; loan documents such as sanction letters, statements, closure letters and NOCs; and communication records related to your case.

Why we collect it

Solely to deliver the services you engage us for: analyzing your report, raising and pursuing disputes with credit bureaus and lenders, keeping you informed of progress, and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your credit data for marketing.

Who it is shared with

Only the parties necessary to resolve your case — the relevant credit bureaus, banks and financial institutions — and only with your written authorization. Within Kenstone Credit, your file is accessible to your case team, not the organization at large.

Consent

Every engagement begins with written consent covering the collection and use of your credit information for your case. Where we publish a case study or testimonial, we do so only with separate, explicit written consent.

Storage and retention

Case documents are retained for the duration of your engagement and thereafter as required for legal, accounting and dispute-history purposes, after which they are securely disposed of. You may request deletion of your data after case closure, subject to statutory retention requirements.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent for future processing, or raise a concern about how your data has been handled — via our grievance redressal process. We operate with regard to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
