Why trust it
Every guide stands on documented cases.
The Library is not theory. Behind each guide are cases our team handled and published with written consent and documented figures, like a closed HDB loan wrongly reported written-off where the client's own CIBIL dispute failed and the correction came through the full escalation ladder. Where a guide says self-dispute usually works, that is our experience; where it says self-dispute stalls, there is a named case showing exactly how.
The line we will not cross
Accurate negative history cannot be deleted from a credit report, by us or by anyone. Guides here never suggest otherwise. What they teach is how to correct what is genuinely wrong and rebuild past what is not.
The Library is written by Harish Krishnamurthy, co-founder of Kenstone Credit Solutions LLP, with the case team's documented work as source material. Browse the case studies the guides cite.
