I joined Kenstone Credit in April 2025 after working as a preschool educator. Credit was a completely new field for me — but I was fascinated by how the banking and credit bureau system works, and how deeply it shapes people's financial lives. That curiosity pushed me to learn, grow, and build my expertise in this field.
Every case begins with a detailed analysis of the credit report — I believe understanding the complete picture is the foundation of a successful resolution. After discussing my findings with the client, I prepare the right course of action, and follow up with banks, credit bureaus, and regulatory authorities while keeping the client informed at every step.
What clients can expect from me is honesty and transparency. I don't believe in making unrealistic promises. I focus on clear guidance, consistent follow-ups, and doing everything possible to achieve the best outcome — and if something cannot be achieved, I will explain why, and guide you toward the best possible course of action.
What she handles
Loans that aren't the client's — disputed by demanding the lender produce KYC, consent documents or agreements. If they can't document it, it comes off.
Accounts fully repaid with NOCs in hand, still marked written-off — corrected with the client's own evidence.
Lenders with limited support, accounts nobody can locate — traced, foreclosed correctly, and updated.
