Rudolph Mathias
Known for escalation-ladder cases — when the bank goes silent and the standard dispute fails, the path runs through the grievance mechanisms that exist for exactly that moment.
About
In his own words.
I joined Kenstone Credit as a Credit Analyst after working as a Business Development Executive. My previous role helped me understand how important trust and relationships are when working with clients. What drew me to credit analysis was the opportunity to solve real problems by identifying inaccuracies in credit reports and helping clients get their credit profiles corrected. Being part of the banking and financial services industry has given me the chance to learn something new with every case I handle.
When a case comes to me, the first thing I do is review the client's credit report thoroughly to understand the root cause of the issue. I believe every credit report tells a story, and my job is to identify what is affecting the client's profile and determine the right course of action. Whether it involves communicating with banks, raising disputes with credit bureaus, or escalating matters when necessary, I make sure every case is handled with patience, attention to detail, and proper follow-up until the issue is resolved.
Clients can expect honest communication and regular updates throughout the process. I believe in being transparent about what can and cannot be achieved, and I never make unrealistic promises. My commitment is to guide clients with the right information, work diligently on their case, and ensure they always know the progress being made. For me, every successful correction is about helping someone move forward with confidence.
What she handles
The work this desk is known for.
Loans that aren't the client's — disputed by demanding the lender produce KYC, consent documents or agreements. If they can't document it, it comes off.
Accounts fully repaid with NOCs in hand, still marked written-off — corrected with the client's own evidence.
Lenders with limited support, accounts nobody can locate — traced, foreclosed correctly, and updated.
